Product shots with AI are an underrated tactic in E-Commerce. That’s mainly because most of the E-Commerce AI tools are not good enough, yet.

How To Generate AI Product Shots

This process is extremely simple, but you still need to pay attention to some details.

Step 1: Go To Nano Banana

Go to https://aistudio.google.com/prompts/new_chat and start a new chat.

Step 2: Upload Your Product Image:

Here, you must upload a product image in which the product is 100% visible.

Ideally, you want it to be on a white background.

Step 3: The Prompting

When writing prompts, you must be as specific as possible and you must assume absolutely nothing.

If you want the sky to be in a certain way, write that down.

If you want the lighting to be cinematic, dramatic, or horror, write it down.

Don’t assume the AI will just give good-looking outputs on its own.

This is my prompt:

Generate an image of this kendama sitting on a rock at the top of a mountain, at sunrise, cinematic shots.

The sky has fluffy circular clouds

Make sure to preserve the holographic sticker as it is, and also make the string be only on the kendama

Step 4: Refining The Prompt

Let’s say you don’t like the image you got on the first try.

You just need to change the prompt to be more specific, and you can even tell the AI what to NOT include in the image.

Then, if you feel like the prompt is just right, but you still don’t like the output. Just generate a few more images.

Sometimes luck is involved too. (but in 90% of the cases, if you get a weird image, it’s because of the prompt)
