Ovesio is a SaaS platform developed and operated by Aweb Design SRL , specializing in automated translations and artificial intelligence-assisted content generation.

The platform allows users - individuals or legal entities Worldwide - to manage complex translation projects and multilingual content through a system that combines the services of several AI providers with their own algorithms for selecting and validating the optimal translation.

2. Acceptance of terms and conditions

By accessing and using the Ovesio platform, either through the website ovesio.com , either through API or other related services, the user agrees to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Use The service assumes that:

  • You have read, understood and accept all the provisions on this page;

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, i.e. you are at least 18 years old or you are authorized to represent a legal entity;

  • You use the services only for legal purposes , in accordance with applicable law.

Application

The terms apply to all users the platform, regardless of how they access or use the service - including but not limited to to: demo accounts, paid subscriptions, API access, testing, graphical interfaces or technical documentation.


3. Service description

3.1 What is Ovesio?

Ovesio is a digital platform dedicated to automation translations and SEO content generation in many languages, using artificial intelligence and integration with leading translation services. The app allows simultaneous translation of texts into dozens of languages, with the possibility of granular control over each fragment of text - be it title, description, keyword or main content.

The Ovesio platform is designed for both technical users (through API), as well as for those who prefer an easy-to-use visual interface. Users can create multiple projects, manage different workflows and monitor the costs and performance of each model's translation.

3.2 General functionalities (summary)

  • choosing the best translation using a proprietary AI algorithm

  • automatic generation of meta tags and descriptions for products

  • support for automatic product feeds

3.3 Use of AI and 3rd party services

To provide the best service possible, Ovesio relies on integrations with third-party machine translation services and content generation. At the time of writing these terms, the platform uses the following providers:

  • Google Translate

  • Microsoft Translator

  • DeepL Translator

  • OpenAI GPT Models

  • Google Gemini

The list is illustrative, and Ovesio reserves the right to add or eliminate any of these providers without prior notice, to ensure the best platform performance.

By using the service, the customer understands and accepts the fact that data sent for translation or processing may be transmitted to these suppliers, in accordance with the policy confidentiality.

Recommendation: Users are requested not to submit for translation or processing texts containing sensitive personal data, passwords, confidential information or trade secrets. Ovesio is not responsible for the consequences of inappropriate use of the platform in this regard.


4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Content

It is strictly forbidden to use the Ovesio platform to translate, generate or process content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, offensive or that violates applicable legal norms. Ovesio reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that uses the service in an abusive or illegal manner.


5. Account creation and management

To use Ovesio services, users must create an account via the website ovesio.com and to provide real and complete information in the registration process.

5.1 User obligations

By creating an account, the user:

  • Confirms that the information provided is correct and current;

  • Assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of access data;

  • Understand that identification data (email, phone number) may be used for identity verification, including via SMS or email.

Data entered into the account will be used for issuing invoices, platform access and communications management. Identity forgery or use of Incorrect information may lead to account suspension.

5.2 Demo accounts and trial period

Ovesio offers the possibility of testing the platform through an account demo/trial , with the following conditions:

  • It is necessary to create a valid account and associate a credit/debit card .

  • The demo account is active for 4 calendar days .

  • At the end of the trial period, if cancellation is not made, the selected subscription will be automatically activated and the card will be charged for the next payment period.

  • Testing is limited to one demo account per user and a maximum of 5000 credits.


6. Subscriptions and payments

To access Ovesio functionalities, an active subscription is needed. The platform offers monthly and annual pricing plans, available on the official pricing page: https://ovesio.com/pricing

6.1 Subscription types

Subscriptions are available in several variants, depending on the number of credits included and the functionalities offered. These can be:

  • Monthly subscriptions - with automatic renewal every 30 days;

  • Annual subscriptions - with upfront payment and price benefits (lower cost per month).

Payment it is done in advance and SUBSCRIPTION is activated immediately after payment processing.

6.2 Payment processing

All payments are processed through the Stripe Inc. , a secure and international payment processor. Once the card is associated, it will be used for:

  • Recurring billing (month by month or year by year);

  • Automatic debiting at the beginning of each subscription period;

  • Debiting after the trial period expires.

6.3 Cancellation policy

Users can cancel. or change their subscription at any time from "My Account" section in the application.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future payments, but does not cancel the period already paid ;

  • It takes effect at the end of the current billing period;

  • It does not involve the reimbursement of amounts already paid, except in cases provided for by law .

According to the European Union legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed by GEO no. 34/2014), consumers can request reimbursement in within 14 days only if the service has not been used at all and has not started its actual delivery. In the case of Ovesio, once the user has consumed credits or accessed the functionalities available through subscription, it is considered that the execution of the service beginning, and the right withdrawal is no longer applicable .


6.4 Payments and billing

  • Prices are displayed in euros (€) and will be invoiced in this currency.

  • For users in Romania, payment is made in lei (RON) , at the exchange rate selected by Ovesio.

  • Invoices are automatically generated and can be downloaded from the user account.

6.5 Price changes

Ovesio reserves the right to modify at any time subscription rates, without prior notice. Changes will only be applied to future subscriptions or renewals, not those already paid.


7. Use of credits

Ovesio operates on a credit system, which represent the consumption units used for translation or content generation. Number of credits required for each action varies depending the type of operation, the volume of text and the options selected.

7.1 Types of credits

Exist two types of credits:

  • Credits included in subscriptions - allocated monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen;

  • Additional credits - purchased separately from the app, at any time.

7.2 Validity

  • The credits included in the subscription are valid only for the duration of the subscription:

    • Monthly : expires automatically at the end of each month (ex: April 10 → May 10).

    • Annual : expires 12 months after activation, on the same day of the following year.

  • Additional credits purchased separately are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, regardless of their value or volume.

7.3 Credit consumption

  • Each translation or content generation operation consumes a certain number of credits. The number of credits used can be seen in the response of the request.

  • Transactions are only charged if they are completed successfully . In the event of a processing error, credits are not deducted.

7.4 Non-refund policy

  • Used credits cannot be refunded , regardless of the translation result or the user's satisfaction.

  • Expired credits cannot be reactivated or converted to another form of compensation.

    • For natural persons in the EU, a refund may be granted within 14 days of purchase, but only for unused credits.

8. Cancellation, suspension and deletion of accounts

8.1 Canceling or changing your subscription

Users have the right to:

  • Cancel their subscription at any time from the "My Account" section of the app;

  • Change their subscription type at any time - moving to a higher or lower plan, depending on your needs.

Modification the subscription will take effect from with the next billing period (monthly or annually), and the customer will be charged accordingly:

  • If you switch to a more expensive plan, the new increased rate will apply on your next billing;

  • If you switch to a cheaper plan, the new discounted rate will apply on your next billing.

Subscription changes have no effects on the period already paid and no intermediate invoicing is carried out.


8.2 Account suspension in the absence of an active subscription

Ovesio is a service available only to users who have a active subscription. In the absence of this:

  • Access to the application and all user data is automatically suspended ;

  • The data remains saved in the system for a maximum of 3 months from the expiration date of the last payment.

8.3 Deleting an inactive account

If, within 3 months after the subscription expires , the user does not renew the subscription:

  • Access to the account can be permanently revoked ;

  • All data associated with the account may be permanently deleted without further notice to free up system resources.


9. Limitation of liability

Ovesio and the holding company, Aweb Design SRL , make every effort to provide a stable, secure and efficient service. However, users must understand and accept the following limitations:

9.1 Responsibility for generated content

  • Ovesio uses artificial intelligence systems and third-party services for translations and content generation.

  • Although our own algorithms choose the best available results, the complete correctness of the generated texts is not guaranteed .

  • The user is responsible for reviewing and verifying content before publication or use.

  • Ovesio is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, reputation, loss of data or collateral damages.

9.2 Errors and unavailability

  • The platform may suffer temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates or technical problems beyond the operator's control.

  • Ovesio assumes no liability for loss of content, delays or errors caused by:

    • cyber attacks,

    • malfunctions of 3rd party services (e.g. Google Translate, DeepL, etc.),

    • hardware or software failures,

    • connectivity problems on the user's part.

9.3 Limitation of damages in case of litigation

In the possibility of a legal dispute between the user and Ovesio, the company's financial liability will be limited, according to the law, at a reasonable and foreseeable value:

Ovesio's total liability to a user will not be exceed the total amount paid by that user in the last 6 months prior to the occurrence of the event that generated the claim.

This limitation is valid regardless of the nature of the request and is applies exclusively within a legal/judicial process.


10. Privacy Policy and Data Processing

Ovesio collects and processes certain data of users for the purpose of operation and improving the services offered, including for the purpose of training our own AI models. Processing data is carried out in accordance with the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data (including the Regulation General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR ).

10.1 Types of data processed

Ovesio may collect the following types of data:

  • Identification data: name, email address, telephone number;

  • Billing and payment data: address, tax number, transactions via Stripe;

  • Usage data: texts sent for translation, results generated, options selected in the application;

  • Device and connection information (IP, browser, operating system, active sessions).

10.2 Purpose of processing

Data are used for:

  • Providing the service and associated functionalities;

  • Billing, payments and subscription management;

  • Technical support and administrative communications;

  • Improving the service through technical and statistical analysis;

  • Preventing fraud and misuse of the platform.

10.3 Third-party services and external processing

To process the content sent by the user, Ovesio transmits automatically relevant data (e.g. texts for translation) to integrated external providers, such as:

  • Google

  • DeepL

  • Microsoft Translator

  • OpenAI

This list can be expanded or modified depending on the evolution of the platform. The use of the service implies acceptance explicit transmission of data to these suppliers , for the purpose of providing translation or generating content.

10.4 User rights

Users have the right to:

  • View personal data saved by Ovesio;

  • Request their correction or deletion;

  • Request the export of their own data;

  • Withdraw consent to certain types of processing.

  • providing a precise answer;

  • compliance with data protection regulations.


12. Changes to the terms and conditions

Ovesio reserves the right to modify, update or complete, at any time , these Terms and Conditions, without obligation to notify users in advance.

12.1 Entry into force of changes

All changes will be published on this page, and the updated version will become applicable from the moment publication. Continuing to use the platform after update represents acceptance full and unconditional of the new terms.

12.2 Changes to plans, rates or service structure

Ovesio can change at any time:

  • subscription structure (types, limits, included functionalities),

  • the prices charged (both for subscriptions and credits),

  • expiration, charging, or consumption policies.

These changes will only be applicable future subscriptions or subsequent renewals and does not affects periods already paid .

12.3 Liability for changes

Ovesio cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by:

  • the user's lack of knowledge of the new terms;

  • changes to services, functionalities or commercial policies;

  • termination or suspension of functions or integrations with third parties.

The user is responsible to periodically consult this page to be up to date with the current version of the Terms and Conditions.


13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law, with proper application of European Union regulations, where appropriate.

Any misunderstandings or disputes arising between users and Ovesio in relation to the use the platform, the services provided or the interpretation of these terms will be resolved as follows:

  1. First, amicably , through direct dialogue and open communication between the parties;

  2. If an amicable settlement is not possible, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bucharest, Romania .

By continuing to use the service, the user confirms express acceptance of said jurisdiction and agrees that any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with legal norms applicable in Romania.
