6.1 Subscription types

Subscriptions are available in several variants, depending on the number of credits included and the functionalities offered. These can be:

  • Annual subscriptions - with upfront payment and price benefits (lower cost per month).

6.2 Payment processing

  • Debiting after the trial period expires.

6.3 Cancellation policy

7. Use of credits

Platform Ovesio operates on a credit system, which represent the consumption units used for translation or content generation. Number of credits required for each action varies depending the type of operation, the volume of text and the options selected.

7.1 Types of credits

Exist two types of credits:

  • Credits included in subscriptions - allocated monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen;

  • Additional credits - purchased separately from the app, at any time.

7.2 Validity

  • The credits included in the subscription are valid only for the duration of the subscription:

    • Monthly : expires automatically at the end of each month (ex: April 10 → May 10).

    • Annual : expires 12 months after activation, on the same day of the following year.

  • Additional credits purchased separately are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, regardless of their value or volume.

7.3 Credit consumption

  • Each translation or content generation operation consumes a certain number of credits, displayed before confirming the order.

  • Transactions are only charged if they are completed successfully . In the event of a processing error, credits are not deducted.

7.4 Non-refund policy

  • Used credits cannot be refunded , regardless of the translation result or the user's satisfaction.

  • Expired credits cannot be reactivated or converted to another form of compensation.


8. Cancellation, suspension and deletion of accounts

8.1 Canceling or changing your subscription

  • Cancel your subscription at any time from the "My Account" section of the app;

  • Change your subscription type at any time - moving to a higher or lower plan, depending on your needs.

9.2 Errors and unavailability
