1. Is the subscription billed automatically?
Yes, your Ovesio subscription is automatically billed monthly, depending on the plan you choose. You can check your payment and billing details at any time in the "My Account" section of the platform. If you wish to interrupt or modify your subscription, this can be done directly from your account before the next billing period.
3. What happens if I run out of credits?
If you use up all your available credits, you can purchase additional packages directly from the platform. These are available immediately and can be used to continue processing requests without interruption.
5. Are credits consumed for duplicate requests?
No, the system automatically identifies duplicate requests and avoids translating them, which reduces unnecessary credit consumption. However, this feature can be disabled if you wish.
2. I want to register but my country is not on the list
Currently, Ovesio is focused on users in Europe, but we plan to expand availability in the future. If you are interested in our services, we encourage you to contact us to explore collaboration possibilities.
4. Do unused credits expire?
Yes, credits expire. Those included in the subscription are valid strictly for the validity of the subscription. Those purchased separately are valid for 1 year.
6. How are translation credits calculated?
The credits consumed are calculated based on the text size, languages involved, translation complexity, and chosen workflow. You can use the calculator on the site to quickly estimate the number of credits needed.
